Fairwell for now

It is with a happy heart that I say, dear readers, a fond fairwell to this Siberian wilderness, at least for the next four weeks.

I have been here for just over five weeks and in that time I have not seen one hour of darkness!! I have awoken at varous times in the 'night' to find the sun happily shining, obviously oblivious to the actual time.

What concerns me most is will I be able to cope with 24hrs of darkness in the winter???
We shall see, 'cause winter's coming!!!
