Vollyball in the freezer

For two hours yesterday a battle took place in the Novy Urengoy Sportshall. Two teams of podgy, unfit men attempted to play volleyball. Fortunately the hall was not open to public view.

I'm not sure what the outcome was as the scoring was done by heated discussion in Russian. However nobody suffered injury and a great time was had by all.

This morning I noticed that some people were walking very slowly and with pained expressions... including this reporter!
