Update etc.

I'm still starting my day with the cold water treatment, however now I dull the pain by using a kettle of hot water to at least knock the edge off my hair wash....the body still suffers.

The other day, on one of my walks, I came across a large hole in a piece of waste ground. I couldn't resist the urge to look down into the depths. As I looked into the hole things became crystal clear as to the delay of the arrival of hot water into my apartment. About 10 foot down were the main hot water lines exposed for all to see. The old line was being replaced by a new one, and by the look of the old one I'm surprised we ever got any hot water at all....Swiss cheese comes to mind! I suspect after seeing this construction I will probably be showering in freezing water for some time to come....oh joy!!!
